Pallet <br /> Limited Warranty <br /> The Pallet Shelter ("Shelter") is designed to provide a safe, reliable, and compact shelter for up to <br /> four adult people for use as temporary housing. By purchasing or using a Shelter, you accept the <br /> terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty (the "Limited Warranty"). <br /> "You" or "Purchaser" means the purchaser and any end user of the Shelter. "We", "Pallet SPC," <br /> "our" or "us" means Pallet SPC, a Washington State Social Purpose Corporation. <br /> Limited Warranty for Product Defects <br /> Pallet SPC hereby offers a Limited Warranty to the purchaser of a Pallet Shelter for five (5) years <br /> (the "Warranty Period") from the date of delivery of the Shelter. This Limited Warranty covers only <br /> defects in material or workmanship that cause damage to products or parts of a product <br /> associated with the Shelter (each, a "Product") under Normal Use and Maintenance during the <br /> Warranty Period (each, a "Defect"). <br /> "Normal Use and Maintenance" includes assembling, disassembling, cleaning, and no more than <br /> four adults inhabiting the Shelter on a level and stable outdoor surface. Normal Use and <br /> Maintenance does not include any other use not specified herein, including, without limitation, any <br /> use that involves additional electrical wiring beyond any preinstalled electrical and/or solar power <br /> add-on kit incorporated into the Shelter, fire or flame of any kind, the addition of plumbing, <br /> propping up or use on an unstable surface, or cleaning different than what is recommended in <br /> Pallet SPC's product manual. <br /> Remedies <br /> Subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty, during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace <br /> —at no cost to the purchaser—a Product that fails under Normal Use and Maintenance due to a <br /> Defect. If a Defect arises and a valid claim is received by Pallet SPC within the Warranty Period, <br /> Pallet SPC will, at its sole and exclusive option and to the extent permitted by law, either: (1) repair <br /> the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or (2) replace the Product <br /> or with a new or refurbished Product, as applicable. In the event of a Defect, to the extent <br /> permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may <br /> apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the <br /> jurisdictions where the Shelter is sold by Pallet SPC itself or through its authorized reseller or <br /> Pallet SPC—Master Product and Services Agreement 6 of 4 j <br />
