ORDINANCE NO. 1i -,; AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN AREAS ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF EVERETT; SUPPLEMENTING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EVERETT; AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY AND REZNONING OF CERTAIN AREA'S WITHIN THE CITY OF EVERETT, ALL AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 4 AND SECTION 21, ORDINANCE NO. 3572 OF THE CITY OF EVERETT (ALSO KNOWN AS EVERETT CITY CODE, TITLE 15.04.040 AND 15.04.430) ENTITLED: "An ordinance regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings and land within the City of Everett; limiting the heighth of buildings; prescribing building lines and size of yard and other open spaces; providing for the division of the City into use zones; creating a Board of Adjustment; and providing for penalties for violation of the ordinance. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that the zoning of the area annexed to the City and hereinafter described should be made and is in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett, does hereby declare that Section 4 ESTABLISHMENT OF MAPPED ZONES: (Also known as Everett City Code, Title 15.04.040) be, and it is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 4. ESTABLISHMENT OF MAPPED ZONES: For the purposes of this ordinance, the City of Everett is hereby divided into twelve categories of zones designated as follows: Single-family Suburban Residential Zone R-S Single-family Low Density Residence Zone R-1 Single-family High Density Residence Zone R-2 Multiple-family Low Density Residence Zone R-3 Multiple-family High Density Residence Zone R-4 Neighborhood Shooping Zone B-i Community Shopping Zone B-2 Central Business Zone B-3 General Commercial Zone C-i Heavy Commercial-Light Manufacturing Zone C-2 Heavy Manufacturing Zone M-1 Landing Field Zone L-F The above categories of zones and the boundaries of such zones are hereby established as shown on the map entitled "Everett Zoning Map" . Said map or parts thereof, are hereby made a part of this ordinance. The zoning map and each amendment thereto, when duly certified, shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk. Where uncertainty exists as to any of said boundaries, as shown on said map, the following rules shall apply:
