GeoDesign noted that the vapor barrier consisted of.10-mil thick black plastic <br /> and the capillary break material consisted of approximately 4-inches of 5/8 inch minus crushed rock compacted using a <br /> standard sled compactor. The material observed today to be installed in accordance with our recommendations for the <br /> project. <br /> A summary of our observations can be found in the attached Figure 1.
