Lakeside Industries, Inc. of Monroe, WA submitted the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $2,881,595.60. The project is be funded as follows: Fund 119 — Street Improvements Fund 401— Water/Sewer Utility Total Project summary statement: $ 2,585,338.80 296,256.80 $ 2,881,595,60 The arterial streets to be paved this year have been prioritized and selected on the basis of the City's Pavement Management System. The 2021 Pavement Maintenance Overlay Project includes approximately 16,272 tons of hot -mix asphalt, utility adjustments and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the work.
