Interfaith: Family Shelter (Shelter) <br /> Support emergency shelter and service costs for homeless families. $55,000.00 <br /> TOTAL 2060 AHTF $135,000.00 <br /> TOTAL CDBG, CDBG-CV, HOME, 2060 AHTF $1,861,069.22 <br /> 5. Revenue to be received: <br /> Funding Source Funding Level <br /> Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) $889,065.00 <br /> Community Development Block Grant COVID-19 (CDBG-CV) $789,857.00 <br /> HOME Program Funds $495,244.22 <br /> 2060 Affordable Housing Trust Funds (AHTF) $135,000.00 <br /> TOTAL $2,309,166.22 <br /> 6. To facilitate timely spending of federal funds in accordance with the City's agreement <br /> with HUD, the City Council approves the Citizens Advisory Committee recommended <br /> contingency project list for additional fund distribution in priority order, if funds become <br /> available during the 2021 program year. Projects would receive an amount based on the <br /> original amount requested or the cap of$150,000, whichever is lesser: <br /> Community Housing Improvement Program <br /> 7. The City Council approves the Citizens Advisory Committee recommendation of <br /> adjusting all projects awards evenly listed in this resolution based on the difference <br /> between the estimate and final award for CDBG and HOME fund. If the award difference <br /> is greater than $150,000, the Committee will reconvene to provide an updated funding <br /> recommendation. <br /> 8. Community Development Block Grant COVID-19 (CDBG-CV) funds may be made <br /> available to a subrecipient sooner than the start of the program year July 1, 2021 if <br /> approved by HUD. <br /> 9. The Mayor and her designee(s) are authorized to make formal application to the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding assistance in accordance <br /> with this Resolution and the requirements of such application. <br /> RESOLUTION Page 4 of 6 <br />
