Page 12 <br /> dogs, dogs on a leash must be muzzled at all times. Only service animals <br /> and crated animals are allowed indoors. <br /> 15. Failing to clean up and properly dispose of animal waste. <br /> 16. Bringing or allowing pets or other animals, with the exception of service <br /> animals, onto Everett Station property that emit frequent, repetitive or <br /> continuous noise which unreasonably disturbs others. <br /> 17. Littering. <br /> 18. Smoking, chewing and other tobacco use other than in a designated <br /> smoking area, or standing and remaining in the designated smoking area <br /> if you are under 18. <br /> 19. Spitting, urinating, or defecating other than in appropriate plumbing <br /> fixtures in restroom facilities. <br /> 20. Causing any offensive odor, including body odor, which unreasonably <br /> disturbs others. <br /> 21. Entering or waiting inside Everett Station facilities without appropriate <br /> attire, including a shirt, pant/skirt and shoes. <br /> 22. Leaving any item unattended anywhere on Everett Station property. In <br /> addition to unattended items subjecting the violator to exclusion, all <br /> unattended items are subject to confiscation. <br /> 23. Being upon or riding by any means a skateboard or similar device such as <br /> a coaster, toy vehicle, roller skates or in-line skates. <br /> 24. Riding bicycle, unicycle, scooter, moped or motorcycle except where <br /> vehicle access and travel is permitted. This rule does not apply to ADA <br /> assistive devices such as wheelchairs and walkers. <br /> 25. Operating, stopping, standing or parking a vehicle in any restricted area, <br /> including any area restricted to use by transit vehicles. <br /> 26. Lying down in Everett Station in a manner inconsistent with the Station's <br /> intended use, such as sleeping or napping, or having feet on furniture, <br /> blocking aisles, exits or entrances. <br /> 27. Entering into designated nonpublic areas except when authorized by the <br /> facilities supervisor for Everett Station or the supervisor's designee. <br /> 28. Engaging in commercial activities on Everett Station property, such as <br /> promoting or selling products or services to the general public or Everett <br /> Station employees, without prior written permission from the City of <br /> Everett Director of Transportation and Transit Services or his designee. <br /> 29. Engaging in charitable services, solicitations or activities on Everett <br /> Station property, such as distributing or collecting food or clothes. <br /> 30. Remaining at Everett Station longer than reasonably required under the <br /> circumstances for a person engaged in an intended use, such as awaiting <br /> the arrival of a train, without providing evidence, such as a train ticket, <br /> upon the request of any station personnel that the individual is on the <br /> property in connection with an intended use. <br /> 31. Engaging in conduct that is inconsistent with the intended use and <br /> purpose of Everett Station and refusing to obey the lawful commands of <br /> station personnel, police officers or others authorized to enforce these <br /> rules. <br /> Everett Station Rules of Conduct <br />
