Tasks for Lincoln Loehr Professional Service Agreement 2021-2025 Estimates <br /> 1. Nutrient Reduction—Nutrient General Permit, Participate in Ecology's Nutrient $10,000 <br /> Reduction Forum, Implementation Development Committee. <br /> 2. Water Pollution Control Facility NPDES Permit- Review and comment on draft permit. $4,000 <br /> 3. Impaired Waters - Review and comment on next round of 303(d) listing of impaired $2,000 <br /> waters as may affect the City. <br /> 4. Water Quality Standards— Revisions to WQS and other regulatory changes and <br /> support(drafting letters and/or providing history of previous record). Main costs likely $10,000 <br /> associated with marine Dissolved Oxygen (DO) water quality criteria development. <br /> 5. Chemicals of Concern — PFAS, PBDE, PCB or other COCs. $2,500 <br /> 6. Other duties as required - Issues that come up via federal, state or local action that $14,000 <br /> require analysis and comment, or support of defense against legal challenges. <br /> Reimbursable Expenses $2,500 <br /> Total Maximum Not to Exceed Budget $45,000 <br />
