The services proposed herein are for PRC Approval and D/B Advisory Services and are identified in our attached budget exhibit as Phase 1. The fee proposal for this work has been developed assuming the following project schedule: Phase 1 Start Finish Notice to Proceed Not later than May 29, 2021 PRC Application/Approval and RFQ May 31, 2021 Aug. 2, 2021 D/B Advisory Oct. 4, 2021 Oct. 3, 2022 Please note that the schedule above is based on the assumption that we would be submitting an application to the PRC on June 21, 2021. Additionally, please note that we have included D/B Advisory Services for Phase 1 for a duration of one year. (Additional D/B Advisory Services would be required for subsequent phases of service.) We have not included Phase 2 - D/B Procurement or Phase 3- PM/CM Services during Design and Construction as part of this proposal. We anticipate that the Phase 2 services will be contracted prior to completion of the Phase 1 services. We propose to provide a fee proposal for Phase 3 (PM/CM) services following successful completion of our Phase 2 services and prior to execution of the D/B Agreement between the City of Everett and the selected D/B team. The total Parametrix proposed fee budget for Phase 1 - PRC Approval and D/B Advisory Services related to the City of Everett—Water Filtration Plant Upgrades project is$47,882. (Please refer to the attached Fee Budget Estimate/Schedule spreadsheet for more detailed information on specific tasks and related fees.) Parametrix proposes that the above proposed fee be billed on an as-directed/as-required, hourly, not to exceed basis. We will strive to be as efficient as possible with our time and any fees not expended will remain with the City of Everett.
