i . 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3864 2 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District no. 661 for 3 the improvement of: 4 PINE STREET from 19th Street to Everett Avenue 5 by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement, 36 ft. in width, by the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs and 6 gutters on both sides of the street, by the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all drainage facilities, 7 sewers, side sewers, sidewalks, water mains and hydrants, with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be 8 necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in con- nection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accord- 9 ance with Ordinance No . 3815 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and 10 parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue 11 thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 12 SECTION 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of 13 Local Improvement District No. 661 for the improvement of: 14 PINE STREET from 19th Stree to Everett Avenue 15 by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement, 36 ft . in width, by the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs and 16 gutters on both sides of the street, by the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all drainage facilities, 17 sewers, side sewers, sidewalks, water mains and hydrants, with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regarding as may be 18 necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in con- nection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance 19 with Ordinance No. 3815 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and 20 confirmed. 21 SECTION 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially 22 benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment 23 against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the 24 same . 22nd March 25 SECTION 3: That the , tl171 day of J'alIi )t, 1962, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be 26 issued on account of such improvement . 27 SECTION 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, 28 may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been 29 placed in his hands for collection. 30 SECTION 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of 31 said city. 32 MAYOR Attest: 1 `- Cit C- e=;-,-
