M L 4 by the installation of lateral sewers and 6" side sewers from 5 the lateral sewers to the property line, together with the necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be 6 necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer, providing 7 for the payment of said improvement from the Sewer Revenue Fund of the City of Everett and providing for the reimbursement of 8 said fund, and declaring an emergency. 9 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 10 Section 1: That an improvement be made of: 11 ALDER STREET from Elm Street East for 250 ft . M L 50TH STREET from Elm Street East for 330 ft. M L 12 by the installation of lateral sewers and side sewers from the 13 lateral sewers to the property line, together with necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary in 14 connection therewith, all in accordance with plans and specifi- cations to be prepared by the City Engineer. 15 Section 2: That the cost and expense of the improvement 16 be paid out of the Sewer Revenue Fund of the City of Everett. 17 Section 3: That the users of said sewers shall be charged for the privilege of connecting to said lateral sewer and side 18 sewers such charges as are set forth in Ordinance No. 3731, all such funds collected shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue 19 Fund. 20 Section 4: That an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and 21 publication. 22 23 MA OR 24 25 Attest: 26 `.. 27 City Clerk 28 29 Passed: DEC ti 61961 30 31 Published: Q C • Ile, 32
