• <br /> 2. A vicinity sketch at a scale between 400 and 800 feet to the inch <br /> shall accompany the proposed plat. The vicinity sketch shall <br /> show the boundary lines of all adjacent parcels, with the names <br /> of owners of record of such parcels. together with the last <br /> knc;t n address of such named record title holder. <br /> 3. Horizontal scale of the proposed plat shall be 100 or less feet <br /> to the inch, and the vertical scale of street and sewer profiles <br /> shall be at least 10' or less to the inch. <br /> 4. The proposed plat, subdivision, or dedication shall clearly <br /> show the following features and information on one or more maps <br /> or drawings: <br /> a. The name of the proposed plat, subdivision. or dedication; <br /> b. The names` of the subdivider(s) and z u,rveyor or engineer; <br /> c. The tract designation of the proposed plat, subdivision. or <br /> dedication as shown in the files and records of the Snohomish <br /> County Auditor; <br /> d. The names arcild addresses of the owners of record of property <br /> co tiguons to the proposed plat and within 300 feet of the <br /> property linee of the land covered by the proposed plat; <br /> e. Monuments and markers of record; <br /> f. The boundary lines, accurate and to scale, of the tract to <br /> be subdivided; <br /> g. Location, width, and names of all existing or latt'd comets <br /> or other public ways within the proposed development and <br /> other important features, such as permanent buildings, water <br /> courses, power lines, telephone lines, railroad lines. muni- <br /> cipal boundaries, township lines, and section lines; <br /> h. The location, pipe types. sizes and grades of all existing <br /> sewers, water mains, culverts. electrical conduits, telephone <br /> conduits, and other underground installations within the tract <br /> and immediately adjacent thereto, as far as can be determined. <br /> i. Contours with intervals of five feet or less referenced to <br /> datum acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> j. The layout of the proposed street right-of-way lines, lot <br /> lines, alley and easement lines, including all approximate <br /> dimensions. <br /> k. The profile and tentative grades of each street. <br /> (10) <br />
