The number, sizes, types <br /> and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to approval <br /> by the Fire Chief of the City of Everett; <br /> h. The subdivision shall be provided with a complete sanitary <br /> sewer system providing a public sewer main is available <br /> within 800 feet of the proposed subdivision. The sanitary <br /> system shall be designed and installed in accordance with <br /> the standards and tender the supervision cf the City Engineer. <br /> 12 a public sewer main is not available within 800 feet of the <br /> proposed subdivision, the subdivider shall obtain written <br /> approval from the Snohomish Health District to the effect <br /> that proposed lot sizes, soil conditions, topography, etc. , <br /> are suitable for septic tank installation. All tests, inspection <br /> and administrative cost shall be paid by the subdivider; <br /> i.
