• e. The locations of all permanent monuments; f. The names of all subdivisions immediately adjacent thereto; g. The date, true North point, and scale; h. The boundary of the subdivided tract, with the cod es and distances marked thereon, as determined by a field survey made by a registered and qualified land surveyor of the State of Washin„ton, and to close with an error of not more than one foot in 4., 000; i. Sufficient courses, angles, distances and/or ties to any and all adjacent subdivisions or plats; to facilitate orientation to adjacent properties; j. The profiles of all street centerlines to the vertical scale of ten or less feet to the inch, and horizontal scale of 100 or less feat to the inch, submitted on a separate 4 x 20 plate standard profile tracing cloth; k. Sewer profiles to the same scale and on the same sheet as street profiles and the plan for all sewer and/or water lines, including "Tes"D "Vs", and other intersections on a separ- ate sheet, when the subdivider installs either sewer or water lines or both. 4. All linear dimensions shall be given in feet and decimals of a foot to the nearest hundredth. 5. The scale of the final plat shall be 100 or less feat to the inch. 6. The error of enclosure of any and all traverses shall not exceed one foot in four thousand. 7. The plat, subdivision, or dedication shall be properly completed with the certificates indicated in Part F, Dedication, Acknow- ledgement, and Endorsement. F. Dedication, Acknowledgement, and Endorsement: The legal description of the plat and the following irlormation shall appear in the following sequences on the final plat, lettered in ink by hand or mechanical device: 1.
