• <br /> 12. The Tentative Approval of a proposed plat shall be effective for <br /> one year, unless extended fay the Planning Commission for a <br /> period nct to exceed one year. <br /> 13. After receiving tentative approval of the proposed plat and after <br /> indicating the method for carrying out minimum improvements, <br /> the subdivider may then make application for such permits from <br /> the local officers, officials, and authorities as are necessary <br /> to proceed with the installation of the right-of-way improvements. <br /> 14. Fla the event the developer elects to irapro7.7e the rights-of-way <br /> without furnishing a performance bond, he shall not apply for <br /> final approval until all required improvements have been installed. <br /> 15. After completion of all improvements, the City Engineer shall <br /> submit a certificate, in'duplicate to the Planning Commission and <br /> the Cif Clerk, stating that the subdivider has completed the <br /> required installations in accordance with this ordinance and in <br /> accordance with installation standards of the Engineering and <br /> Water Departments. <br /> 16. The Planning Commission shall have the City Clerk transmit <br /> one copy of such certificate to the subdivider, together with a <br /> notice advising him to prepare a final plat for that portion of the <br /> area contained in the proposed plat, subdivision, or dedication <br /> in which minimums improvements have been installed and covered <br /> by tea certificate issued by the Cit7 Onzineer. The original <br /> certificate shall be retained by the Planning Com nission. <br /> 17. All taxes on the property platted must be paid for one year in <br /> advance and indicated by the Seal and Signature of the Snohomish <br /> County Treasnrer on the face of the final plat. <br /> 18. The subdivider shall submit the final plat and an application for <br /> final approval to the City Engineer accompanied with evidence <br /> that the filing fee (see Regulation #3 above) and the required <br /> taxes have been paid. <br /> 19. The final plat shall be received by the City E gineer who than <br /> date its receipt, check the plat for accuracy, conformance to <br /> the proposed plat, and conformance to these Subdivision Regula- <br /> tions. The City Engineer shall then notify the planning department <br /> of his final approval. <br /> • <br /> 20. Three copies of the final plat shall be submitted. One copy shall <br /> be on tracing cloth and have a trimmed site of 18" x 22".
