Street layout shall conform to the most advarta_ecus development <br /> of adjo n4/g areas and the entire neighborhood, ane shard provide <br /> for the following: <br /> a. Cee nuity of appropriate street. and arterials; <br /> b. Streets to continue to the boundaries of tract; <br /> c. streets g,eraerally fallowing contour lines; <br /> d. Etreets intersecting at right angles, or as nearly as possible; <br /> e. Nothing less than full width streets and no beet dart' streets <br /> on the tract in which the plat is located, unless required to <br /> provide right-of-way for streets and arterials designated <br /> by the official comprehensive plan or portions thereof; <br /> f. Alleys, if provided, must be at least 24 feet wide; <br /> g. Where a subdivision abuts or contains an existing or proposed <br /> arterial street, the Planning Commission may require mar- <br /> ginal access streets, reverse frontage with screen planting <br /> contained in a non-access reservation along the rear property <br /> line, deep lots with, rear service alleys, or such. other treat- <br /> ment as may be necessary for adequate protection of residential <br /> properties and to afford separation of through and local traffic; <br /> h.
