Exhibit A <br /> 2021-2024 Scope of Work <br /> Triangle Associates, Inc. (Triangle) will schedule and present classroom workshops to elementary, <br /> middle, and high school students to support the City's regional water conservation program and local <br /> surface water/watershed protection and wastewater program. Additionally, Triangle will update and <br /> revise lessons and program materials, market programs to teachers and principals, and collect and <br /> summarize teacher evaluations of the programs. <br /> TASK 1-WATER CONSERVATION <br /> Presentations, Scheduling, Revisions and Evaluation <br /> Triangle shall implement the City's water conservation programs in elementary, middle and high school <br /> classrooms throughout the Everett Water Service Area. These presentations are designed to teach age- <br /> appropriate methods of water conservation and critical thinking about local water systems. This includes <br /> marketing, scheduling, presenting, materials revisions and upkeep, evaluation and program coordination. <br /> Annual Deliverables: <br /> Task 1.1 Water Conservation Presentations: <br /> • Present up to 590 classroom programs, in person, virtual or a "hybrid" combination <br /> • Send confirmation emails to teachers approximately one week in advance of all presentations <br /> • Document student numbers and giveaways from each teaching day <br /> • Coordinate and train presenters on remote and in-person versions of workshops <br /> • Communicate with City program manager as needed via email, phone or in person <br /> Task 1.2 Water Conservation Revisions, Materials and Expenses: <br /> • Minor updates to all workshop scripts, as needed <br /> • Coordinate with City staff to obtain, sort and distribute student hand-outs, when possible <br /> • Maintain all hands-on classroom materials including refurbishing and purchasing new <br /> materials, as needed <br /> • Maintain subscriptions to online platforms needed for virtual presentations (Zoom, Teams, <br /> GoogleMeets) <br /> • Track mileage, at current IRS rate, for all school travel <br /> Task 1.3 Water Conservation Scheduling, Tracking and Evaluation: <br /> • Maintain school and teacher database contact lists and marketing emails <br /> • Outreach to all eligible teachers and communicate with them regarding registration, <br /> scheduling needs and confirmations <br /> • Update online scheduling platform and coordinate with presenter team <br /> • Track all teacher and student contact numbers <br /> • Submit progress reports to City monthly <br /> • Administer evaluation process, including updating online evaluation instrument, distributing <br /> and reviewing incoming evaluations, and final reporting <br /> TASK 2-SURFACE WATER/WATERSHED PROTECTION <br /> Presentations, Scheduling, Revisions and Evaluation <br /> Triangle shall deliver surface water/watershed protection presentations in elementary, middle, and high <br /> school classrooms in Everett and the Everett School District.
