Quantitative tests: a. The Owner will hire and the City will require as a prerequisite for Occupancy demonstration of compliance with the whole building air barrier testing. Contractor shall allot time in their schedule and coordinate with Owner's testing agency. The Contractor should assume that some plastic visqueen temporary separation barriers will be required within the building to accommodate the whole building test. b. Provide written test reports of all tests performed, with copies to the Owner, Contractor and Architect. C. Material compliance for maximum air permeance, ASTM E 2178.
