CERTIFICATE OF OCCPANCY - expired 9/13/2019 PERMIT B1711-002, RENOVATION OF BUILDING 200, 300,400 —TEMP CERT. OF OCCUPANCY - expired 9/13/2019 Your Temporary Certificate of Occupancy(s) expired on 9/13/2019. You are currently operating your school without a Certificate of Occupancy, which cannot be issued until the requirements listed below are met. These permits are past expiration. Please schedule an inspection or request a permit extension for each permit listed above by 1/28/2020. After this date, work under these permits will no longer be authorized. • Public Works Permit PW1711-004: Request a final landscape approval inspection for the site work at North Middle School As-Builts drawings are required prior to permit final. • Building Permit B1711-002: Areas under construction need to be barricaded from public access. Contractor to install foot/ toe protection, trip hazard at top of stairway stringers at all locations. Post site address on Rainier Ave, as per Fire Dept standard. Request a final approval inspection • Building Permit B1711-003: Request a final approval inspection • Electrical Permit E1711-002: Remove foreign piping system from above dedicated space above panel in the electrical room especially about being a 1CHL1 and 1CHM1. Move fused disconnect from above Kohler panels to allow proper working condition clearance. This inspection excludes the ball field area. Once these requirements have been met, the Public Works, Electrical, and Building permits can be finaled; and the Certificate of Occupancy can be requested and will be eligible for issuance. If work has been completed, request a final inspection within 14 days of the mailing date of this letter. After that time the permit record will be closed without final approval. If at some time in the future you decide to continue with this work you will need to apply for a new permit. Continuing to occupy the building without a Certificate of Occupancy is a violation of the 2015 International Building Code, Section 111.1. See attached.
