NORTH MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />CRITICAL AREAS <br />• There are no critical areas within or adjacent to the North Middle School project as defined by Chapter 37, Critical <br />Areas, of the Everett Municipal Code. <br />0 <br />• <br />ADJACENT AREAS <br />Residential homes are located to the east and north of the project site along the east side of Rainier Avenue and <br />the north side of 24t' Street. Many Retail spaces with associated parking and landscaped areas are located west <br />of the site adjacent to the alley. These retail spaces include: Broadway Hobbies, Spring Clips, Walker Enterprise, <br />Henry's Donuts, Everett Tattoo Emporium, Bargain CDs Records & Tapes, Moneytree, Champion Bolt & Supply, <br />Everett Lube Express, and Tim's Bike Shop. A few more retail spaces are also located to the west and south of <br />the existing tennis courts. <br />COUGHLINPORTERLUNDEEN <br />
