<br /> As requested, a RGI representative was on site today to observe the following:
<br /> Contractor placed the 8 inches of topsoil over the slope,fabric and bark to complete the grading today.
<br /> Based on observations, wall was constructed according to plans and recommendations. The structural
<br /> portions of the wall are complete including the blocks placed in accordance with the design, drainage
