The fencing <br /> shall be fastened to the post every six inches with a polyethylene tie. The fence tensile <br /> strength shall be 360 lbs./ft. using the ASTM D4595 testing method. <br /> If appropriate install fabric silt fence in accordance with BMP C233: Silt Fence (p.367)to <br /> 1 act as high visibility fence.
