The Bidder must document that the Bidder meets the Supplemental Responsibility <br /> Criteria in DOCUMENT 00 22 13 - SUPPLEMENTARY INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The <br /> Bidder should provide additional sheets to fully describe referenced projects and <br /> experience. <br /> 1.2 REPLACEMENT OF RESERVOIR 2 <br /> A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION FORM <br /> DOCUMENT 00 22 13 - SUPPLEMENTARY INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS states the Bidder <br /> or subcontractor shall demonstrate compliance with the following project experience. <br /> 1. Bidder: Within 10 years prior to Bid opening, Bidder, must have completed at least <br /> one project that included the construction of a water storage tank with a volume of <br /> at least 750,000 gallons and at least two projects that included the construction of a <br /> CMU building.
