a. A policy of Commercial General Liability Insurance, written on an insurance <br /> industry standard occurrence form: (CG 00 01) or equivalent, including all the <br /> usual coverage known as: <br /> 1) Per Project aggregate endorsement (CG2503) <br /> 2) Premises/Operations Liability <br /> 3) Products/Completed Operations —for a period of one year following Final <br /> Acceptance. <br /> 4) Personal/Advertising Injury <br /> 5) Contractual Liability <br /> 6) Independent Contractors Liability <br /> 7) Stop Gap or Employers Contingent Liability <br /> 8) Explosion, Collapse, or Underground (XCU), (as applicable) <br /> 9) Liquor Liability/Host Liquor Liability (as applicable) • <br /> 10) Fire Damage Legal <br /> 11) Blasting (as applicable) <br /> b. Coverage for 8), 9), and 11) are only required when the Contractor's Work under <br /> this agreement includes exposures to which these specified coverage respond. <br /> c. If the Contract requires working over water, the following additional coverages <br /> are required: <br /> 1) Watercraft, owned and non-owned <br /> 2) U.S. Harborworkers'/Longshoremen and Jones Act <br /> 3. Builders' Risk <br /> The Contractor shall procure and maintain during the life of the Contract, or until <br /> acceptance of the project by Owner, which ever is longer, "All Risk" Builders Risk <br /> or Installation Floater Insurance at least as broad as ISO form number CP0020 <br /> (Builders Risk Coverage Form) with ISO form number CP0030 (Causes of Loss — <br /> Special Form) including coverage for collapse, theft, off-site storage and property <br /> in transit. The coverage shall insure for direct physical loss to property of the <br /> entire construction project, for 100% of the replacement value thereof and <br /> include earthquake. The policy shall be endorsed to cover the interests, as they <br /> may appear, of the Owner, Contractor and subcontractors of all tiers with the <br /> Owner and sub-contractors listed as a Named Insured. In the event of a loss to <br /> any or all of the work and/or materials therein and/or to be provided at any time <br /> prior to the final close-out of the Contract and acceptance of the project by the <br /> Owner, the Contractor shall promptly reconstruct, repair, replace or restore all <br /> work and/or materials so destroyed. Nothing herein provided for shall in any way <br /> excuse the Contractor or its surety from the obligation of furnishing all the <br /> required materials and completing the work in full compliance with the terms of <br /> the Contract. <br /> 4. Other Coverages <br /> a. Other additional coverages that may be required will be listed in the <br /> Specifications. <br /> 5.
