I CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS Bid_.. . - Item 13 Saw-Cutting Concrete Pavement, Final Joint Cut, Up To 10-Inch Thickness Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Linear Foot (LF) Measurement for saw-cutting will be per linear foot along the true length of the surface cut. The unit price per lineal foot for the final saw-cutting of concrete pavement, up to 10-inch thickness, shall be full compensation for all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as specified in Section 2-02.3(3) of the Standard Specifications, these Special Provisions and as shown on the Plans. The unit price per lineal foot for the final saw-cutting of concrete pavement, up to 10-inch thickness includes, but is not limited to, the saw-cutting necessary for the final joint between existing concrete pavement and permanent concrete pavement repair. Include cost of cleanup by vacuum collection and disposal of the cuttings slurry with this bid item as there will be no separate payment for cleanup. Bid Item 14 - Saw-Cutting Concrete Curb & Gutter& Sidewalk Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Linear Foot (LF) Measurement for saw-cutting will be per linear foot along the true length of the surface cut. The unit price per lineal foot for the final saw-cutting of concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk, shall be full compensation for all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as specified in Section 2-02.3(3) of the Standard Specifications, these Special Provisions and as shown on the Plans. The unit price per lineal foot for the final saw-cutting of concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk includes, but is not limited to, the saw-cutting necessary for the final joint between existing concrete ' sidewalk or curb and permanent concrete repair. Include costs for removal of concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk, regardless of the depth or thickness, bid item shall include all costs for labor, material, tools, and equipment ' necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as specified in Section 2-02.3(3) of the Special Provisions, as shown on the Plans, or as directed by the Engineer, as there will be no separate payment for removal, hauling and disposal. The unit price for includes hauling and disposing of materials at a city-approved disposal site. Include cost of cleanup by vacuum collection and disposal of the cuttings slurry with this bid item as there will be no separate payment for cleanup. Bid Item 15 - Foundation Material, Class A or B Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Ton (TON) Measurement for Foundation Material, Class A or B shall be by the ton, recorded on certified weight tickets in accordance with 1-09.2 WEIGHING EQUIPMENT, and placed within the limits of dimensions defined in the Work, descriptions for other bid items, shown on the Plans, or COE Standard Drawings, or as otherwise approved by the Engineer. The unit price bid per ton shall constitute full compensation for all labor, tools, materials and equipment required to furnish, place, and compact foundation material as specified in the Standard Specifications, these Special Provisions and as shown on COE Standard Drawing No. 614. The unit price for this bid item includes all costs for dewatering and over-excavation, removal, haul, and disposal of unsuitable subgrade material below the pipe zone or roadway subgrade.
