The Parks and Facilities Department is currently working on the design and <br />constructions documents to provide the long-awaited trail segment through TA Sullivan <br />Park. The Snohomish County contribution will fund the ADA trail improvements from <br />the parking lot to the playground and beach area. <br />Attached is an interlocal agreement with Snohomish County obligating $80,000 in REET <br />2 Funds towards the completion of this trail segment. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for <br />$80,000 in REET 2 Funding to be allocated for ADA trail improvements at TA Sullivan <br />Park. <br /> <br />
