liz <br /> EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3808-21 <br /> An ORDINANCE creating the special construction fund entitled "Police Impound Yard-Additions and <br /> Alterations", Fund 342, Program 033,to accumulate the construction costs for the project in the <br /> amount of$380,000. <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. The City Council recognizes the need to expand the Police Impound Yard located at 4015 Railway <br /> Avenue. <br /> B. The City Council recognizes the need to improve the lighting and security of the Police Impound <br /> Yard. <br /> C. The City Council recognizes the need for a vehicle garage for the processing of evidence. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. A special construction fund is hereby entitled "Police Impound Yard - Additions and <br /> Alterations", Fund 342, Program 033. <br /> Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Director under the administration <br /> of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to <br /> accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3. The estimated cost of the project is$380,000.00 including costs related to construction. <br /> Section 4: The sum of$380,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 033, "Police Impound <br /> Yard -Additions and Alterations". <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Construction $380,000 <br /> Total $380,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> CIP 1 $380,000 <br /> Total $380,000 <br />
