• <br /> May 19, 2021 <br /> Nichole Webber, Administration, provided a brief Riverfront update and stated <br /> that the road should be open in the next three to six weeks. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided a liaison report on his attendance at the Puget <br /> Sound Regional Council (PSRC) Regional Federal Transportation Administration <br /> (FTA) Caucus meeting and the PSRC Transportation Policy Board meeting. He also <br /> reported on his attendance at the Delta Neighborhood meeting. Council Member <br /> Roberts asked to move Consent Item No. 3 to the Action agenda. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report from his meeting with Police <br /> Chief Templeman. He reported on his attendance at the Port Gardner <br /> Neighborhood meeting. Council Member Murphy suggested a discussion to host <br /> safe in-person Council meetings again. <br /> President Stonecipher provided an update regarding the possibility of resuming <br /> in-person City Council meetings and factors to consider. She reported on her <br /> attendance at the Cascade View/Twin Creeks Neighborhood meeting on Monday. <br /> • <br /> President Stonecipher asked Administration to review the neighborhood <br /> association reimbursement process to simplify larger purchases that require <br /> significant amounts of money upfront. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper had no updates. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> The following people provided live comments regarding the City's intention to <br /> award the Watermain Replacement "V" project to Thomco Construction: <br /> • <br />
