June 2, 2021 <br /> Council Member Roberts stated he visited the pallet shelter assembly location last <br /> week. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison reports from the Public Facilities <br /> District and the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee meetings. Council Member <br /> Murphy asked that the Council schedule an executive session to meet with <br /> Administration to discuss upcoming labor negotiations. <br /> President Stonecipher stated she would work with staff to get that scheduled. <br /> Council Member Tuohy expressed thanks to all of those who served and lost their <br /> lives in service to our country for Memorial Day. She also provided a liaison report <br /> from the Economic Development Department. She encouraged citizens to shop <br /> local and visit new businesses in Everett. <br /> Council Member Bader echoed Council Member Tuohy's Memorial Day <br /> comments. He also provided liaison reports from the Parks Board and the Animal <br /> Shelter Advisory Board meetings. Council Member Bader reported on COVID-19 <br /> vaccination rates by zip code in Everett and encouraged citizens to get their <br /> COVID-19 vaccine. <br /> Council Member Vogeli provided a liaison report from the Transit Department. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper had no comments. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall requested a 40- minute executive session regarding one <br /> litigation matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(h)(i) and two legal matters <br /> pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(h)(iii) with no announcement to follow. <br /> 2 <br />
