American Rescue Plan Funds <br />Guiding Principles for Recommendation Development <br />ARP funding presents an extremely rare opportunity to invest in our community's recovery in a <br />meaningful way. It will be important to coordinate with Snohomish County and other Snohomish <br />County cities to optimize community investment. <br />Recommendations will prioritize uses that will create transformational outcomes for: <br />• Our community's economic recovery <br />• The health, well-being, and quality of life for our residents <br />• The City's overall stability (likely focusing on significant capital investments) - operational uses <br />would not be sustainable <br />5 <br />
