<br /> Any holiday which falls on a Sunday shall be observed as a holiday on the following Monday. Any holiday which
<br /> falls on a Saturday shall be observed as a holiday on the preceding Friday.
<br /> K. Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday and Saturday after
<br /> Thanksgiving Day,And Christmas Day(8). Any holiday which falls on a Sunday shall be observed as a holiday on

<br /> Christmas day.If a holiday falls on a Saturday or on a Friday that is the normal day off,then the holiday will be taken
<br /> on the last normal workday.If the holiday falls on a Monday that is the normal day off or on a Sunday,then the holiday
<br /> will be taken on the next normal workday.
