Holidays:New Year's Day,Day before or after New Year's Day,Presidents'Day,Memorial Day,Independence Day, <br /> Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and the day before or after <br /> ' Christmas day.If a holiday falls on a Saturday or on a Friday that is the normal day off,then the holiday will be taken <br /> on the last normal workday.If the holiday falls on a Monday that is the normal day off or on a Sunday,then the holiday <br /> will be taken on the next normal workday. <br /> Y. Effective August 31,2012 A Traffic Control Supervisor shall be present on the project whenever flagging or spotting <br /> or other traffic control labor is being utilized.Flaggers and Spotters shall be posted where shown on approved Traffic <br /> Control Plans or where directed by the Engineer.All flaggers and spotters shall possess a current flagging card issued <br /> by the State of Washington, Oregon,Montana, or Idaho.
