The highest pressure registered on the gauge for an accumulated time of more than fifteen(15)minutes during the <br /> shift shall be used in determining the scale paid. <br /> Tide Work:When employees are called out between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.to work on tide work(work <br /> located in the tide plane) all time worked shall be at one and one-half times the hourly rate of pay. Swinging <br /> Stage/Boatswains Chair:Employees working on a swinging stage or boatswains chair or under conditions that require <br /> them to be tied off to allow their hands to be free shall receive seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour above the <br /> ' classification rate. <br /> C. Tide Work:When employees are called out between the hours of 6:00 p.m.and 6:00 a.m.to work on tide work(work <br /> located in the tide plane) all time worked shall be at one and one-half times the hourly rate of pay. Swinging <br /> Stage/Boatswains Chair:Employees working on a swinging stage or boatswains chair or under conditions that require <br /> them to be tied off to allow their hands to be free shall receive seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour above the <br /> classification rate. <br /> Effective August 31,2012—A Traffic Control Supervisor shall be present on the project whenever flagging or spotting <br /> or other traffic control labor is being utilized.A Traffic Control Laborer performs the setup,maintenance and removal <br /> of all temporary traffic control devices and construction signs necessary to control vehicular,bicycle,and pedestrian <br /> traffic during construction operations.Flaggers and Spotters shall be posted where shown on approved Traffic Control <br /> Plans or where directed by the Engineer.
