I 19 20 To be considered responsive on a FHWA-funded project, the Bidder may be required to 21 submit the following items, as required by Section 1-02.6: 22 23 • DBE Written Confirmation Document from each DBE firm listed on the Bidder's 24 completed DBE Utilization Certification (WSDOT 272-056) 25 • Good Faith Effort (GFE) Documentation 26 • DBE Bid Item Breakdown (WSDOT 272-054) 27 • DBE Trucking Credit Form (WSDOT 272-058) , 28 29 These documents, if applicable, shall be received either with the Bid Proposal or as a 30 supplement to the Bid. These documents shall be received no later than 48 hours (not I 31 including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) after the time for delivery of the Bid 32 Proposal. 33 34 If submitted after the Bid Proposal is due, the document(s) must be submitted in a sealed 35 envelope labeled the same as for the Proposal, with "Supplemental Information" added. 36 All other information required to be submitted with the Bid Proposal must be submitted 37 with the Bid Proposal itself, at the time stated in the Call for Bids. I 38 39 Proposals that are received as required will be publicly opened and read as specified in 40 Section 1-02.12. The Contracting Agency will not open or consider any Bid Proposal that 41 is received after the time specified in the Call for Bids for receipt of Bid Proposals, or 42 received in a location other than that specified in the Call for Bids. The Contracting 43 Agency will not open or consider any "Supplemental Information" (DBE confirmations, or I 44 GFE documentation) that is received after the time specified above, or received in a 45 location other than that specified in the Call for Bids. 46 I 47 If an emergency or unanticipated event interrupts normal work processes of the 48 Contracting Agency so that Proposals cannot be received at the office designated for 49 receipt of bids as specified in Section 1-02.12 the time specified for receipt of the I 50 Proposal will be deemed to be extended to the same time of day specified in the 51 solicitation on the first work day on which the normal work processes of the Contracting 52 Agency resume.
