CompuNet, Inc. <br /> 6. No license under, or other rights to, any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, the Party's <br /> patents,copyrights and trade secrets,are acquired hereunder by the other Party,or intended to be granted hereunder. <br /> 7. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understandings between the Parties as to the subject <br /> matter hereto and supersedes all previous agreements, between the Parties, whether expressed, implied, written or <br /> oral. This Agreement can only be modified by a written agreement duly signed by persons authorized to sign <br /> agreements on behalf of each Party. <br /> 8. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, with the exception of its conflict of <br /> laws provisions to the extent that any such provisions would dictate that the substantive laws and/or courts of any <br /> jurisdiction other than those of Washington, apply. <br /> 9. Nothing contained herein shall prohibit either party from entering into business matters with other entities, <br /> including those that may compete with the other Party or produce products that are competitive to the other Party, <br /> provided however, that each party shall not use or disclose the Report in such business matters except as otherwise <br /> provided herein. <br /> 10. This Agreement may be executed in two counterparts each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of <br /> which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures may be provided by email or pdf or other <br /> electronic method, in which case such signature will have the same effect as an original signature. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each party has caused this Agreement to be signed in its name and on its behalf by its <br /> representative thereunto duly authorized as of the date first mentioned above. <br /> COMPUNET, INC.
