February City,Port and Snohomish County discussions about COVID-19 phases,online reservation system build out,and fee implementation. March City,Port and Snohomish County discussions about COVID-19 capacity limitations and Argosy contract. April Finalize hours and schedule based on current COVID-19 phase and guidelines.
