The drawings do not include documentation substantiating that an accessible path is provided between the new units and the restroom facilities. One or more of the buildings appears to have paved surfaces based on a review of media images of the project sites, but this cannot be clearly confirmed. The site conditions for 2215 Pine Street(B2004- 013) are notably more difficult to verify. Documentation substantiating that a fully- accessible route is provided between the buildings and into the building(i.e., exterior ingress doors). These requirements are separate from the improvement requirements discussed in the previous comments. See IBC Sections 1101.2 and 1104.1. Accessible paths have been denoted on attached drawings.
