As discussed,the outstanding issues are very similar to B1810-011. Most comments still require some action to fully resolve. The following comments do not require further action: 1, 2, and 4b. Please also make sure the following issues are addressed: For comment 4:The north waiting area exit goes down the stairs with a door that doesn't swing in the direction of travel. The egress should be changed to the adjacent door leading directly outside. The required exit signs and egress lighting should be provided or noted as existing. For comment 5. The south egress does down stairs to the first story exit. A partial plan showing the remainder of the exist route should be provided.
