As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 8. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector.
