Lots 3 & 5. Open Space. The minimum dimension for the required open <br />space is 15' in accordance with EMC 18.28.250. Please revise. If the location <br />of the structure is shifted to accommodate the required open space, please <br />adjust the height calculations as needed and show on both the site plan and <br />an elevation plan in accordance with the building height handout. <br />2. Ownership. Please correct the applicant/ownership details on the site plans <br />for Lots 3 & 5 and required CASPs for Lots 4 & 5. <br />3. Lots 4 & 5. Critical Area Covenant and CASP. A Critical Area covenant and <br />CASP are required for Lots 4 & 5 and must be recorded with the Snohomish <br />County Auditor's Office prior to permit issuance. I have enclosed the latest <br />version of the Covenant and SnoCo CASP checklist. To avoid additional <br />recording fees, it is recommended that you do not encroach into the 1" <br />margins around the page. Once recorded, please provide a scanned copy to <br />me via email in addition to 1 paper copy for the files. Please refer to the <br />Snohomish County Auditor's website directly for their interim submittal <br />instructions due to COVID-19. Note: with the last resubmittal, blank copies <br />of the critical area land use permit application were submitted. A land use <br />permit is not required for these lots just the covenant and CASP. <br />Upon revising the plan(s), please submit two copies to the Permit Services <br />Counter alongside a City of Everett transmittal sheet. Note: Due to COVID-19, <br />temporary permit intake, resubmittal and issuance requirements have been <br />established while our office is closed to the public. Please refer to the temporary <br />policy online at https://everettwa.govll69/Permit-Services. <br />These comments are only in relation to the land use code and do not account <br />for all possible comments or corrections from other departments. Additional <br />comments or corrections may be required upon review of the requested <br />information. <br />
