Verizon is actively working with Snohomish County
PUD to move forward, but we have had a delay in paperwork this past week. Due to this delay our construction
timelines have been pushed out. Is it possible to extend this permit to accommodate the new construction schedule?
We intend to build the site imminently, but due to the delay would like an additional 180 day extension of this permit.
Also, please note that Md7 / Becky Todd no longer have the responsibility for the site. All communication should be sent
to myself at Actualize LLC.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact me directly. We look forward to working with you to
resolve this issue.
Have a great weekend!
Best,
Brent Sutten
Land Use and Permitting Manager
(425) 429-4287
#538 - 3020 Issaquah Pine Lake Rd SE
Sammamish WA 98075
131612-002, PW171-016 ..,
Extension granted until 5/11/2020 1 J1
Se advised if no progress made after this date,
a new permit and additional fees may be
required
This communication constitutes an electronic communication within the meaning of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 USC 2510, and its
disclosure is strictly limited to the recipient intended by the sender of this message.
