In order for the Planning Department to <br /> approve the permit, please submit the following: <br /> 1. According to the legal description, deed, and subdivision map,the dimensions of the lot are 65' by 106'. Please <br /> revise the site plan accordingly and update the lot size, lot coverage, etc. Attached is the subdivision map and <br /> deed, and below is the legal description: <br /> Legal description: HEADLEES 1ST ADD TO EVERETT BLK 001 D-00 LOTS 7,8& N 15FT OF LOT 9 LESS E 8FT THOF <br /> TO CITY EV PER SWD AF NO 8910090322 (Deed) & EXC TH PTN IF ANY LY SLY OF FENCE PRESENTLY LOCATED ON <br /> S 10FT OF SD LOT 9 <br /> 2. Please clarify the width of the driveway. The site plan indicates the driveway would be 15-feet wide, but <br /> according to our 2015 aerial, it appears to be closer to 20-feet in width. The driveway will need to be 20-feet <br /> wide in order to accommodate the required on-site parking spaces. <br /> 3. In the 2015 aerial,the driveway appears to be gravel. The driveway will need to be paved to accommodate the <br /> two required parking spaced for the Adult Family Home. Please clarify on the site plan. <br /> Note:these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements <br /> from other departments.
