If you have any questions regarding the comments or need anything further, please <br /> directly contact this project's Public Works plans reviewer, Thad Newport, at TNewport@everettwa.gov (or <br /> 425-257-8814), or the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these <br /> comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant <br /> team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Reviewer and/or the Planning Reviewer for <br /> architectural, landscape, or other types of drawings. <br /> 1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br /> requested revisions have been made: <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit. <br /> b. Plans: (2)full size sets of revised plans. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br /> 1:00pm-3:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch) and Tuesday from 1:00pm-3:00pm. <br /> 2. Please clarify the proposed hard surface calculations. The garage would measure 27'x26' with the <br /> overhangs equaling 702SF. The site plans shows both 576SF and 780SF. The concrete walkway is called <br /> out at 360SF on the site plan. It measures 24'x3' on the site plan and is called out in the Stormwater <br /> Management Questionnaire as 12'x3'. <br /> 3. There also needs to be a paved driveway leading from the alley to the garage. Please call out this area on <br /> the revised site plan with dimensions and add the square footage area to the Quantified Surface Areas <br /> calculations. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
