However, the submitted documents are not sufficient <br /> for us to perform a review at this time. The Planning Department has also determined that the project is not <br /> sufficient to perform a review; they will issue a comment letter separately. Construction-level documents <br /> need to be submitted for review. Information is attached to provide guidance. Preliminary comments are <br /> provided below to assist in preparing the drawings, but these are not intended to provide a comprehensive <br /> review. Depending on your experience with the model codes and preparing documents, we recommend <br /> consulting with a design professional to assist you. <br /> 1. Construction-level drawings are required showing the proposed modifications to the building. Plans, <br /> sections, details, and notes should be included. Note that the submitted drawing will be retained to <br /> satisfy the state requirements for a 8.5x11 drawing of the AFH. <br /> 2. The proposed project may include structural modifications to the building. Structural drawings should <br /> be included as needed. <br /> 3. The submitted drawing appears to indicate an existing or new 12'x36' covered deck. The deck and roof <br /> do not appear in the permit history for this building.
