SE Plan Check No: C1812-004 RE: Building Permit Review Letter Dear Mr. Harvey, In response to the application for a building permit, the plans have been examined and you are advised that revisions may be necessary before a permit can be issued. Please review and respond to the comments below. 1. Please revise the "GENERAL RESIDENTIAL NOTES" sheet. Several items reference the wrong code, the wrong code section, non-existent code sections or are unintelligible. Specifically, Notes 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 25.1, 26, 27, 27.1, 28, 29, 30, and 32. Note number 34 is not applicable to this proiect. P .___------ 2. Provide thermal break between the slab -on -grade in the lower floor level bathroom and the garage. Show on plans and provide detail. 3. Revise detail 4.1 on sheet A5.0 to show thermal break adjacent to load bearing thickened slab, 4. Label all rooms with a unique label such as Laundry Room, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, Bathroom 1, Bathroom 2 etc. 5. Provide minimum 36" landing at the bottom of the exterior stairs. Show on plans. 6. The East Elevation drawing shows one window a sliding glass door and a side hinged door at the lower level. The Lower Floor Plans shows two windows and a sliding glass -door. The Upper Floor o sl iding. g[qps doors in the Livin Space.Theeast elevation shows a window in the same location as one of the sliding doors. Please -,Correct.,'.- 7. Provide minimum 30 inch clear space over attic access per section R807.1 IRC. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested.
