EXHIBIT B COMPENSATION ►1 ALTERNATE A [HOURLY RATE UP TO A MAXIMUM AMOUNT] The City shall pay the Service Provider a sum equal to the amount of hours actually worked multiplied by the rate identified herein for the staff performing the Work, subject to the maximum stated in¶4(D)of this Agreement.
