ORDINANCE NO. 38613 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8, SECTION 11, BEING <br /> A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 3t- 11 AS AMENDED, AND ADDING THERETO <br /> PROVISIONS RELATING TO PLACEMENT OF SIGNS AND INSTALLATION OF <br /> SIGNS IN SUCH MANNER AS TO INTERFERE WITH OR OBSCURE TRAFFIC <br /> CONTROLLED DEVICES, SIGNS MARKERS, SIGNALS OR OTHER TRAFFIC <br /> DEVICES . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1 : There shall be added to Chapter 8, <br /> Section lt, a further section to be known as o. 1t , 160, as <br /> follows, to-wit : <br /> Section 8. 12 . 160: Placement of any sign or device <br /> obscuring traffic devices .
