a. A 30 million gallon per day pumping plant of rein- <br /> forced concrete, and to be complete with pumps, piping, valves, <br /> controls and all equipment and accessories necessary thereto, on <br /> Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 4, Vestal & Whitfield's First Addition, <br /> plus a portion of the vacated Kromer Avenue adjacent to said lots, <br /> and the East 45 ' of Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 6 Vestal and Whit- <br /> field' s First Addition plus a portion of vacated Kromer Avenue <br /> adjacent to said lots, comprising approximately 0 .58 acres, to be <br /> acquired by the city. <br /> b. A 36" diameter transmission main constructed all of <br /> long-life material and complete with valves, fittings, controls and <br /> the necessary appurtenances beginning at the above-described pumping <br /> plant and extending in and along Charles Avenue to Federal Street; <br /> thence in and along Federal Street to 46th Street; thence in and <br /> along 46th Street to College Avenue; thence in and along College <br /> Avenue and College Avenue becoming Broadmoor Avenue to 52nd Street; <br /> thence in and along 52nd Street to Fleming Street; thence in and <br /> along Fleming Street to a point 1,030 ft , more or less, South of <br /> 57th Street; thence easterly through an easement to be acquired for <br /> those purposes to P. S . Highway No. 1 and thence easterly across <br /> said P. S. Highway No. 1 to a connection to Reservoir No. 3 of the <br /> City of Everett 's municipal water system. <br /> The above-described pumping plant and transmission main <br /> shall be connected one to the other and to the existing Reservoirs <br /> No. 3 and No. 4 and the existing transmission system. to permit the <br /> transfer of 30 million gallons of water per day between Reservoir <br /> No. 4 and certain of the lines feeding thereto and Reservoir No. 3 <br /> and certain lines feeding therefrom. <br /> The city shall acquire all materials, equipment, property <br /> 3. <br />
