<br /> 3 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett,
<br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, also
<br /> 4 known as Everett City Code 15.04.040, entitled:
<br /> 5 "An Ordinance regulating and restricting the location
<br /> and use of buildings and land within the City of Everett;
<br /> 6 limiting the heighth of buildings; prescribing building
<br /> lines and size of yard and other open spaces; providing for
<br /> 7 the division of the City into use zones; creating a Board
<br /> of Adjustments; and providing for penalties for violation
<br /> 8 of the Ordinance.
<br /> 9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon the
<br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett,
<br /> 10 has determined that the area hereinafter described should be
<br /> rezoned and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Comprehen-
<br /> 11 sive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett,
<br /> 12 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> 13 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett
<br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for
<br /> 14 the best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with
<br /> the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City.

<br /> Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, also
<br /> 16 designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as established
<br /> by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City
<br /> 17 Code 15.04.040, is hereby amended as follows :
<br /> 18 That the following described property be rezoned from
<br /> Residential R-2 and Residential R-3 to Residential R-4
<br /> 19 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone.
