Schedule of Charges - 2021 <br />COMPENSATION <br />Our compensation will be determined on the basis of time and expenses in accordance with the following schedule unless a <br />lump sum amount is so indicated in the proposal or services agreement. Staff time spent in <br />depositions, trial preparation and court or hearing testimony will be billed at one and one-half times the above rates. Time spent in <br />either local or inter -city travel, when travel is in the interest of this contract, will be charged in accordance with the foregoing schedule. <br />A surcharge may be applied to night and weekend work.
