• <br /> June 23, 2021 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvements Project, entitled <br /> "South Police Precinct - Locker Room Renovation Project," Fund <br /> 342, Program 032, to accumulate all costs for the project <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RESOLUTION - PROHIBITED AREAS RELATED TO AREAS OF DRUG TRAFFICKING <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy,to adopt <br /> Resolution No. 7660 establishing Prohibited Areas related to areas of drug <br /> trafficking. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Moore and Murphy who were excused. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING - VACATION OF PORTION OF SUMMIT AVENUE: <br /> President Stonecipher opened a public hearing regarding the petition for the <br /> proposed vacation of portion of Summit Avenue lying north of Everett Avenue and <br /> a portion of the east-west alley lying east of Summit Avenue and north of Everett <br /> Avenue. <br /> Darcie Byrd, Real Property, provided an overview of the proposed vacation. <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Roberts, to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore and Murphy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> i <br /> 5 <br />
